Гость
So why not combine the torch with another fire-based weapon with a little more damage-dealing capability? The Meteor Rod, an upgrade to the Fire Rod, allows you to blast three small fireballs forward with every swing. Give this already-glowing fire weapon the ability to be held idly to light your path while retaining its flame orb functions, and both of these weapons would see their respective strengths impro

For fans that aren’t too concerned about the gameplay or story of the highly-anticipated Breath of the Wild sequel being a let-down, the release of Tears of the Kingdom can’t come soon enough. As a result, long and protracted delays could cause the biggest backlash from fans of all, ultimately even potentially tarnishing the release when it does eventually come. With the May release date still standing though, there’s reason to be optimis

What’s interesting is that the mechanism seems to manipulate an entire portion of one of the floating islands that Link is exploring. This suggests that there will be parts of these islands that you can alter to explore further, potentially even changing the layout of the realm hovering over Hyr

Possibly the most unexpected part of this trailer is the inclusion of various vehicles that Link can ride. Although the prior game’s DLC saw the inclusion of a motorcycle for Link, that was technically a Divine Beast. These vehicles — including one that looks like a car, a hot air balloon, Nintendo Switch 2 Upgrades and a flying platform powered by propellors — seem to be pieced together from parts that are found throughout the wo

Some weapon combinations feel like they could make normally weak tools into true threats. Take the Torch, for example. The classic tool allows you to make your way across dark and dangerous areas with a source of light – an ability that’s come in incredibly handy across multiple iterations of Zelda titles – but it doesn’t pack much of a pu

On the subject of the floating islands, we’ve seen footage in past trailers for Tears of the Kingdom that shows Link reversing the trajectory of falling debris, presumably leading back up to these sky islands. Large portions of the islands have also been spotted around Hyrule, crash-landed into the surf

One of the coolest weapon lines in Breath of the Wild is the Lizal boomerang, generally found in the hands of the Lizalfos enemy type. As the weapon’s name implies, these boomerangs will return to you after being tossed at enemies. That aside, they also make for solid handheld weapons, with the Tri-Boomerang standing as the most powerful of the th

With the game’s sky islands being such an important part of the experience, a persistent cyclone like this swirling in the clouds is definitely worth keeping an eye on. Who knows what kind of havoc it could wind up causing to both the floating islands above Hyrule and the land be

Although it’s novel, the Double Axe could be even more powerful in Tears of the Kingdom. Combining its reach with the hefty power of the upgraded Ancient Battle Axe could give you a dual-bladed ancient weapon capable of clearing whole cro

While that’s intriguing in and of itself, you can actually spot a chunk of this debris that seems to be plummeting to the ground near the end of this gameplay trailer, leaving a trail of green energy behind it. We know that parts of these islands have fallen before, but could they be actively breaking apart even as you play the game? We’ll have to get our hands on Tears of the Kingdom when it releases to find

As the sequel to Breath of the Wild , there are high expectations for Tears of the Kingdom to follow up on the sense of wonder that BOTW provided with its open-world map. The ambitious changes from the developers could make Tears of the Kingdom better than BOTW , and there’s some speculation that more classic elements will be returning to TOTK such as traditional Zelda dungeons. Yet even with the game __ expanding on the world created by BOTW , there are iconic weapons from other Zelda games that Tears of the Kingdom needs to incl

Additionally, in further contrast to the Calamity Ganon of BOTW , which was an evil threat with little to no personality behind it, TOTK ‘s trailers indicate that Ganondorf will be much more of a character than a generic evil to be defeated — in no small part due being fully voiced for the first time in the Zelda series. Much like the first game, Ganondorf is likely what sets the plot of TOTK in motion, with his revival setting the stage for the rest of the game to take place — and, like Calamity Ganon, Ganondorf is likely to be Tears of the Kingdom ‘s final boss (although hopefully less disappointi

As the sequel to one of the most clever and innovative games the series has produced, Tears of the Kingdom faces massive expectations from fans. That’s why one Redditor is most anxious that » people will be disappointed » by it simply because it isn’t a » revolutionary, genre-defining game like botw wa
