Taken Captains serve as upgraded Fallen Captains who possess superior strength, health, speed, teleportation skills, etc. They can use a pair of large swords or a shotgun to do inflict harm and can shoot darkness bullets to shroud a Guardian’s eyesight and penetrate cover-shields. Fallen Captains come in several stripes, including the formidable Taken Blight, which is among the strongest iterations of the alien race. Taken Captains also come equipped with Shock Blades and Shrapnel Launch

Last week in Destiny 2 May 12th- May 19th, was the final week for Iron Banner this season. With it, goes the chances of obtaining the ritual weapon through the seasonal quest «Cast in Iron». This season, Iron banner offered a ritual weapon for the first time ever, while also being the only playlist to award players with a ritual weapon at all. The legendary bow Point of the Stag has excellent PvP potential as a precision frame with a fast draw time. Archers tempo is an available perk on the weapon, which will provide players with faster draw speeds in-between every precision shot. Until further details, the weapon is currently only available in Season 10 and has not been revealed to be a recurring weapon for the upcoming Season 11. Completing Iron Banner bounties will reward players with pinnacle gear that can raise light levels quickly and other items, so make sure to have turned those in. Cabal Gladiators tend to mount sneak attacks while Guardians battle its allies, and require large, heavy weapons to defeat them. The Moon, a vanilla Destiny location, never got its fair shake back in 2014. Unlike the other areas in the game, it was easy to finish off the Moon sections and then never come back. In Shadowkeep, Bungie has made it a location players will want to keep visiting. Though the design is familiar, the studio has done quite a bit to make it more visually appealing. Giant chasms have torn the landscape asunder, new caves have opened up never-before-seen locations and an enormous Hive citadel looms large over the horizon. Adding to the spookiness of the locale are Nightmares of fallen Guardians, whose silhouettes replace the standard Patrol Beacons. It’s clear a lot of compassion went into bringing back the Moon and transforming it into a place players want to visit.

When it comes to the Vex race, none of the subspecies are as powerful as the Minotaur. Eris Morn has uncovered something deadly on the Moon and accidentally unleashes the Nightmares, ghostly versions of past enemies. With a new threat emerging, the Vanguard quickly dispatches its army of Guardians to put down the Nightmares and discover their dark source.

What ensues is a weapon that essentially spreads explosive damage through the enemies it targets, which can create large chain reactions of explosions. This considerably reduces the amount of time players will require to get rid of large groups of enemies, often only requiring a kill or two before Sun Blast removes the rest. The best part is, that’s it. There is no damage rotation to remember, or any alternative fire mode; just shoot and expl

The skeletal-looking baddies can inflict massive damage from long-range. Paired with Destabilizing rounds, this weapon really does function like a Submachine gun, more so than Warden’s Law, with a pure add-clear perk designed to spread damage around. It has a mid-area with tight corners, but also a circular view of the space and the openings all around the actual Anomaly itself. Here, both sniping and shotgunning work, as odd as that may so
